Today I share a few of my favourite pre-workout meals and snacks to set yourself up for success before each workout!

Pancake Recipe:
1 Cup Oats
1 Banana
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used Vegan vanilla or Banana)
2 eggs
½ Cup Egg Whites
2 TBSP Flax
4 TSP Baking Powder

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Cook on an oiled pan at medium heat for 2 minutes each side. Add chocolate chips or blueberries if you like! Serve with fruit and a little maple syrup, or greek yogurt.
