Join me for a 15 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT to target your arms, abs, chest and back. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I’ll be using two 8LB dumbbells. As always, please choose the set of weights that work the best for you and your own strength level. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We’ll be doing both standing and floor exercises today. So grab your mat, grab your weights and let’s get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
