When men have a specific GOAL in mind, the questions are: How many exercises per workout for mass? How many exercises per workout to build muscle? How many exercises per workout hypertrophy? and, How many exercise per muscle group for toning?
And, when they want to focus on a particular LAGGING BODY PART, they’ll ask: How many exercises for biceps? How many exercises for chest? How many exercises per workout for glutes? How many exercises per workout for legs? How many tricep exercises per week?
